The International Institute for Communication (IIK) offers high-quality language programmes at fair prices at its training centres in the heart of Europe in Düsseldorf and Berlin. Dual MBA-degrees / M.Sc. program / Scholarships at GISMA Business School

Jacobs University International Foundation Year Program University Preparation for International High School Graduates

Jacobs University (a private, international university in Bremen, Germany) offers an International Foundation Year for students who would like to gain the qualifications necessary for undergraduate studies in an English-speaking university. The program also provides participants with orientation in core academic subjects to support them in the decision of their ultimate course of study. The tailor-made academic program (September 2012 - May 2013) builds upon students' existing language, subject and study skills while they live and learn on campus with students from over 100 nations.

Participants are thoroughly prepared for the college admissions test SAT and can choose between foundation tracks in engineering, natural sciences or economics. All courses are instructed in English. Attractive excursions throughout the region and Europe (for example Berlin, Edinburgh and Brussels) allow a broader glance into European culture. Students may also apply for a German host family, who will help the student integrate into life in Bremen.

Foundation Year students also have the option of visiting regular undergraduate courses to gain credits that can be transferred to their future undergraduate program. Those who successfully complete the Foundation Year and reach Jacobs admissions criteria will be accepted into a Jacobs Bachelor program or can apply to other English-speaking institutions worldwide.

Master Program International Business Consulting at University of Applied Sciences Offenburg, Germany

The MBA "International Business Consulting" (IBC) is a compact, hands-on, international program preparing you in 15 months for a leading position in In-house Consulting as well as in External Consulting. Responding to the need for qualified consultants and recognizing the tendency that more and more managers are being confronted with consultancy tasks in their daily work, the IBC program was established at the University of Applied Sciences of Offenburg in the year 1999. Interactive teaching, class discussion and case studies are an important part of the seminars. The faculty is comprised of experienced University professors and German, British and American external guest lecturers from companies and consulting agencies, such as Bosch, Dow and Ernst & Young. The first two semesters are purely seminar based. In the third semester students will prepare the Master Thesis, usually as an in-company project. Doppelmasterprogramm "Deutschland- und Europastudien" der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena und der Nationalen Kiewer Mohyla-Akademie

Zum Wintersemester 2011/12 wird das gemeinsame Masterprogramm "Deutschland- und Europastudien" der Nationalen Universität der Kyjiwer Mohyla-Akademie (NaUKMA) und der Friedrich-Schiller-Univerität Jena (FSU) bereits zum fünften Mal ausgeschrieben. Neben dem Unterricht in Kyjiw wird den besten Studenten jedes Jahrgangs ein vollfinanziertes Auslandssemester an der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena (Thüringen) angeboten, nach welchem sie ein Doppeldiplom - sowohl einen Masterabschluss der NaUKMA, als auch einen der FSU Jena erhalten können.

Der Unterricht dieses zweijährigen Masterprogramms findet zum größten Teil auf Deutsch statt und wird durch Kurse auf Englisch und Ukrainisch ergänzt. Unsere Absolventen verfügen nach dem Studium neben verbesserten Sprachkenntnissen über Kenntnisse zum politische System Deutschlands und der EU, deutscher und europäischer Außenpolitik sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in sozialwissenschaftlichen Methoden. Außerdem gehören Kurse zum Recht- und Wirtschaftssystem der EU zu unserem Curriculum. Bewerber müssen über einen ukrainischen Bachelorabschluss verfügen, sowie über mittlere bis gute Kenntnisse der deutschen, ukrainischen und englischen Sprache und Interesse und Vorkenntnisse der Deutschland- und Europastudien mitbringen.
